Committee Board
As we prepare for yet another exciting homecoming, my dedicated committee and I have chosen to embark on a new and invigorating approach. This year, we are thrilled to announce "It's A Family Reunion" that promises to bring us all together in a truly meaningful way! We warmly invite you to bring along friends, loved ones, and family members back to Mt. Sinai, where we can all come together to celebrate and experience the wonderful things that God has in store for us. Join us for an unforgettable gathering filled with connection, joy, and shared memories!

Acts of kindness are accessible through simple gestures, yet they often get overshadowed by our busy lives. Imagine if we embraced kindness daily, intentionally showing compassion to those around us. We could create a more beautiful, harmonious world filled with warmth and connection, uplifting spirits and fostering community. Let's do it!
Buying groceries can be challenging and stressful for families living paycheck-to-paycheck. United Way of Western Connecticut surprised shoppers at a local PriceRite grocery store with acts of kindness to raise awareness of ALICE: Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed individuals.
A sanitation worker, in his daily routine, never anticipated that his small kindness towards an elderly woman with dementia would catch onlookers' attention and be filmed. His ordinary actions would resonate with many, illustrating the profound impact of simple acts of kindness.
A local mom, overwhelmed and feeling the weight of exhaustion, says she was sleep-deprived and running on empty, struggling to cope with the demands of daily life. Just when she thought she couldn't push through any longer, a kind stranger stepped in to offer help at a moment when she needed it most, reminding her that compassion and support can appear when we least expect it.
